We built an ultra-light Shopify theme optimized for performance, incorporating native video, inlined CSS, and lazy-loaded UGC. We implemented custom logic for restocks and product drops, streamlined the checkout flow for one-tap purchases, and added a self-serve returns portal with automated Klaviyo notifications to reduce customer service overhead.
